Slice halves into quarters so you get 8 slices out of each pear.&nbsp;Line pears on one parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Spread out walnuts on your other baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from baking sheet and place onto a plate to cool. Remove from baking sheet and place onto a plate to cool.
